What does the D in DW stand for?

1.How is it possible that all the video offered is only in English? Even that which was originally filmed in German is dubbed into English!!!

2. Why is there no audio-only content? Theirs video, but (duh....) its not suited for people occupied with driving, work, etc. I KNOW Deutsche-Welle produces a lot of audio content (its on the website!), so why isnt it available here?

3. Make GERMAN audio and video content available, please! Isnt DW financed via the German taxpayer? Shouldnt they be helping spread German language and culture? Agh. Very disappointing.
